    The Village of Palatine, Neighborhood Services Division will be hosting a Panel Discussion for Apartment Managers and Landlords. On hand we will have a panel of speakers form various backgrounds in the rental property industry.

    This 2 hour discussion will be held on December 17, 2019 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and will include a raffle of sponsored items along with pizza and soft drinks for all who attend.

    The discussion topics will include:
    • Long/short term maintenance programs
    • Village and Manager/Owner Expectations
    • Funding capital improvements
    • Response to property emergencies and resident concerns


    If you own a multi-family or a single family rental in Palatine this seminar is for you and can be very helpful in obtaining free information to make your rental property a better place for you and your residents.

    The presentation will take place at the Village Hall, Community Room A, located at 200 E Wood St, Palatine, IL 60067
