1. How do I obtain a copy of my Ambulance Bill or Ambulance Report?

If you would like to obtain a copy of your personal ambulance report you can stop by our administrative offices at 39 E. Colfax Street during normal business hours (8am-5pm). You must bring a form of ID to verify identification. All ambulance billing in handled by Andres Medical Billing. Call them at 800-244-2345 to obtain a copy of your bill, or if you have any questions regarding your bill.

2. How do I obtain a copy of a Fire Report?

3. When are Classes Offered?

The Palatine Fire Department offers American Heart Association CPR, First Aid, Babysitting, and Fire Extinguisher classes to groups only. We do not have standing monthly classes. Class cost varies Click here for 2021 Class Cost Rates.

4. How do I register a premise alert for my home?

Call the Fire Department at 847-202-6340 with the information you would like included (ie. garage door code, lock box location etc.) We will enter it into our secure system so there is no delay in gaining entry into your home.
