Traffic Alert


The Forest Preserves of Cook County has been removing trees along the north side of Dundee Road between Northwest Highway and Hicks Road from the Deer Grove East and Deer Grove West preserves. Work will continue through the week of August 5, depending on weather. Intermittent lane closures on Dundee Road are expected. No detour route will be posted.

Construction Alert

Dundee Road Lane Closure

East-bound Dundee Road has been reduced to one lane of traffic to the west and east of Denise Drive.
 
The Village of Palatine is installing a new water main on Denise Drive, which will connect to the existing main on Dundee Road. East-bound Dundee Road will be reduced to one lane of traffic to the west and east of Denise Drive (in front of the Deer Grove Shopping Center). Work is anticipated to be complete within the next three weeks, depending on weather. Access will be maintained for traffic to enter the Deer Grove Center parking lot at Denise Drive. All traffic exiting the shopping center will be directed to use Lynda Drive.
 
Denise Drive north of Dundee Road is also closed to all through traffic during this time. Local traffic is allowed. No detour route is posted.

Vote for the Palatine Township Food Pantry!


The Cook County Farm Bureau® has created a poll on Facebook and is donating $1,000 to local food pantries this month!


Our Township has a chance to win and the only thing you have to do is VOTE before August 5.

The food pantry that receives the most votes will receive a $350 donation and the food pantry that receives the second most votes will receive $150 donation.

2019 Downtown Palatine Street Fest
August 23 - 25, 2019


The Village of Palatine will host the annual Palatine Street Fest on Friday, August 23 through Sunday, August 25, 2018. 


Join us for live entertainment, food and family fun! Headlining bands will include Sixteen Candles, The Cadillac Three and Mr. Blotto (Woodstock Set).
