The Little Sisters of the Poor at St. Joseph's Home Swing and a Prayer Golf Fundraiser

For over 57 years the Little Sisters of the Poor have cared for the needy elderly at St. Joseph’s Home in Palatine. the funds raised at our “Swing and a Prayer” Golf Outing will help to provide a loving home with quality care to our Residents.
