When you purchase these one-of-a-kind items, you support local women artisans from ROLE (Reaching Out Lifting to Excellence) which is POC's women's leadership program serving under-resourced women. These women participate in workshops to build leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. They create an action plan for personal and professional growth and give back to their community by volunteering. POC is a 501c3 dedicated to connecting underserved children and families with financial, health, and education resources to become self-sustaining community members
